Hailey's room

My partner and I recently bought a charming home here in Salem, and are looking for housemates. The home is 2400 sq ft, 5 bedroom 2 bath. There are 2 refrigerators and copious cabinet space for food. We have one cozy room available for rent. The room has as a great view. It is $700 a month and includes utilities. The home is close to downtown, shopping, transit, state buildings, I-5, and several parks. Large driveway for off street parking. However we do request that guests of all housemates park on the street. There is a large back yard AND side yard. If you are an avid gardener you can absolutely do so! Available 9/14/23

We have been remodeling and updating certain features on the home and are now in search of a housemate or two. We have two well trained dogs. Buster a Boston terrier, and a corgi I call Fluffy. Unfortunately no other pets are allowed at this time. (Reptiles and aquatics can be discussed)
