Furnished bedroom w/ceiling fan(queen bed 3 drawer dresser, possibly a tv) and a private bathroom. Window unit a/c in the common room. Split wifi and electric. Water coverd by apartment complex. Parking space available. Application and background check through the complex office required.

Several laundry facilities on site. ($2 per load) Free pool access and 3/4 mile from the beach. Quiet area, friendly neighbors, good vibes all around.

44 years old, I work (M-F 7am-5pm). Gaming occasionally, bike rides or the beach on weekends. Pretty decent cook, avid reader, moderately active. Non-smoker, light drinker. New to Maui. I moved here for work in June of of this year so I don’t know many people outside of work.
