Emily's room

This apartment is in a convenient location on the North end of Bellingham. It’s close to I5, grocery stores, Meridian. Its a dual level apartment and about 820 square feet with two bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. The apartment is fully furnished except for the second bedroom which is the one up for rent. So anyone moving in would need to be okay with the current furniture set up and also be okay with a sweetest and cuddliest cat.

I rent through PTLA so anyone joining the space would need to go through application process and be added to lease. You wouldn’t need to pay a deposit or any other charges except the application fees. Total rent is $1560 but I’ll charge you $750 and this includes all utilities, and internet. The lease will end in September 2023 but can be renewed.

I am 28 years old and have been living in this apartment for over a year. I’m friendly, love to cook, watch tv, and I only spend a couple of nights at the apartment as I spend time with my partner most nights. So evenings I’m rarely here.
