Jasmine's room

Single room with separate bath available in a 2Bed 2Bath apartment. Gas is included in rent. There will be one other female living in the apartment. Current lease is expiring in Feb and looking for a roommate to renew the lease with. We can discuss if you need to move in earlier.

Currently there are 2 females living in the apartment. One person is moving out in Feb and the other is planning on renewing the lease for another year. Smoking is not allowed in the house. We like our privacy and neither of us like partying or listening to loud music in the house.
