Because of asthma, the home is strictly smoke-free and fragrance-free (no heavy perfumes) The home is kept very quiet and tidy, perfect for someone looking for calm living space. I prefer individuals working outside of the house and whose natural daily rhythm aligns with the existing quiet hours of the household - who wakes up no earlier than 5:30am and concludes their daily routine (showers, meal prep, and laundry) by 11pm. Commute: 5 min to UHCL, 5 miles to HCA Hospital. 14 min to Kemah, 20 min to Texas City, 30 min to Downtown Medical Center.
