Looking for another roommate 08/01/23. My roommate and I are moving into a 3 bed/2 bath house with a fenced in backyard, driveway parking & a garage. Rent is 550/bed.

Everything in common areas will be completely furnished, you will just need to furnish your bedroom!

We have a cat and a dog, so we do not have space for any new large animals at this time (caged animals are perfectly fine!), but we do need someone who is pet friendly!

Utilities are split between the three of us, water (including trash/sewage), gas, electric, WIFI, lawn care and snow removal when necessary. Care for the house is definitely a joint effort, and maintaining a clean common area both inside and out is important for the health of the house! Smoking is permitted, but not inside.

We would love to have a friendship with our new roommate, and are looking forward to meeting some great people!
