About The House: The house is a corner townhouse located in a quiet community. The shared rooms include the kitchen and access to the laundry room in the basement. I occupy the basement and one of the smaller rooms upstairs as my office, as I work from home most of the time. The other housemate occupies the guest room, which is also upstairs. The laundry room is located in the basement, so laundry access will need 24-hour advance notice.

About the Neighborhood: Family-oriented, quiet suburban neighborhood. Extremely safe.

The house will be shared by three people, including yourself. I (the owner) and one other housemate currently reside in the home. We are both male and in our late 20s to mid-30s. We are both working professionals. There are no parties or drama. Once in a while, I (the owner) dog-sits a Yorkie, but this is on rare occasions. We enjoy people who keep to themselves and are quiet. Preference will be given to those who do not cook often, as the kitchen will be shared by three people.
