Katrina's room

Our home is 2,700 sq. ft. It’s spacious, nice, clean, and peaceful. It’s located in a gated community surrounded by respectful and professional neighbors. The master bedroom is spacious and on the main level. It is furnished but you will need to supply your own sheets. Attached to the master is a large master bathroom with 2 sinks, large tub, walk in shower, plus a large walk-in closet. There’s lots of natural light and could easily and comfortably accommodate a single mom and child. We may need to move out in July, but may be a good possibility to stay put if it’s a good fit for all😉🙏🏻❤️🌸

I’m a 53 year old single mom of a 11 year old and a 25 year old who is moving out on February 1st. I’m a Christian who works night shifts at Tesla. Our bedrooms are upstairs, but we would definitely be sharing the main living area, including entry, kitchen, dining room, and the two patios(one in back and another off the kitchen) A few shelves will be available in kitchen pantry, fridge and also living room I’m seeking a trustworthy female/mom who appreciates the arts, various cultures and backgrounds and who lives a clean respectful life. No overnights with outsider’s please.
