6- Bedroom, 2 full bath, 2 half bath, in a very nice neighborhood, will have access to laundry, living room, kitchen, dining room. Utilities, internet and Directv included Back yard has large deck if you like to grill. Not handicap accessible.
1 room available with shared bath for $600. Partially furnished if desired (bed and dresser). 2nd bedroom available for additional $200 a month. Last roommate used it as a living room.
All bedrooms and full bath are on 2nd floor.
No overnight guest except on weekends. No pets. Must be respectful to other tenants ie music, tv volume, clean common areas. No smoking in home.
I will reside in the home and take care of yard and deep cleaning. Roommates expected to clean up after themselves.
About the roomies
I travel often for work. Others roommates tend to keep to themselves but we share good conversation at times.
