We are looking for a student or profession for a 2 MONTH SUBLEASE for SUMMER 2023 in a large master bedroom with 180 degree ocean views on the Westside of Santa Cruz!! Our townhouse is an amazing location in Westside less than 1 mile to Natural Bridges and walking distance from Swift Street Courtyard. Townhouse is a 2 bedroom with 2.5 bathrooms. Room for rent is private, possible garage parking, vaulted ceilings, large windows and your own master bath (walk in closet will be locked for full time owner storage). Common areas include a large furnished living room with fire place, dining room, chef’s kitchen, washer/dryer, back yard with a garden, and front balcony with 180 degree ocean views. Rent is $1800/month INCLUDING UTILITIES. The room is fully furnished with a bed and drawers. Unfortunately we do not allow pets. Sublease will be ONLY FOR MONTHS OF JUNE & JULY 2023.

Other Roomate is a 35 year old male that is very active and enjoys camping, hiking, mountain biking, soccer, adventure sports and music festivals.  Looking for a young professional/student who works hard during the week and likes to have fun with friends on the weekends.  Must be clean, tidy, and respectful of the shared spaces. We always keep the common areas clean and kitchen/dishes put away in dishwasher.
