Gretchen's room

This is a private room in my home. Could be furnished or unfurnished depending on your needs. Shared bathroom and kitchen. Laundry is available. Smoking is ok, outside only. The home is quiet and full of books. Your well behaved pet is welcome. Children in the right situation are welcome. I’m looking for someone who will get along with the people here. No drama or nonsense. I currently have two rooms available.

I and my adult son live here. I am a disabled former firefighter going back to school. My son works and is in school. Things are typically very peaceful. This is a LBGTQ friendly home. Any roommates must be accepting. There are lots of books.
