South Muller Parkway

The village is fully furnished, with the rent ranging around 600 and you only have to pay electricity. There are 2 bedrooms above the main floor and 2 bedrooms below the main floor. There is a washer and dryer, a shared large balcony. There is a gym in the complex. Each room has a private bathroom. If you need to leave for a period of time you can sublease your room. There is parking availability. Around 10-15 minutes from campus and there is a free bus that runs through the complex. There is a club house with many fun things to do like swim at the pool!

Me and my roommate Pamela are looking for two people to stay with us at the village. We are fun openminded freshmen studying at Indiana University. We will let you know now that there are a few things that are to be expected. We do plan on having people over a good amount of the time of course we will keep everything respectful and communication is key. We were hoping to have parties now and then. We do drink and occasionally smoke. We are both clean people and we need our roommates to be clean as well. We can make a set time for quiet time if needed. We are usually night owls and can be up pretty late, but we can be early birds at times. We are both straightforward people and want you to be straightforward as well so problems can be addressed quickly. We can work together to create a set of rules we are all comfortable following.
