About the room
Hi! I have a room opening up in an apartment in downtown Phoenix for $925 a month.
The apartment is 4 bed, 4 bath and fully furnished, including the rooms. In-unit washer and dryer.
Each room comes with
- Bed
- Two dressers
- Desk
- Bathroom w/ a large bathtub/shower (The room available is in the pictures below)
Apartment is walking distance of asu Phoenix campus (.4 miles). It is also on Roosevelt so there are many things to do in the area. The apartment also has a market on the first floor that has everything you need without having to venture far to go to the store.
About the roomies
There are currently three girls who live in the apartment, all of which are very sweet and keep the shared space clean. Two of them love to cook so the apartment always smells great around dinner time.
Everyone in the apartment is either a student or is working, so they all have their own schedules. However, they like to get together when they can and spend time together.
