Bedrooms are ready for move in. Bathroom is shared with one other tenant and common areas with the household. Bedroom has a bed, desk, and closet, with all utilities included, wifi internet, cleaning, and lawn maintenance. There is a laundry area with full size washer and dryer.

Month-to-Month lease at $700/month and $700 deposit. Potential renter must submit to a full background check, credit check, proof of stable employment, and/or co-signer for full time students.
