Rental house. I have 2 rooms for rent in a rental house, you will need to apply with the property management and pass their background check as well. Room is unfurnished and bathroom is next door. It is a newer house, with tile in the living areas and carpet in the rooms, great quite neighborhood.

I am clean and respectful and expect the same from any potential room mate. I’m pretty easy going, just want someone responsible and clean. If someone works from home and wants an office we can make a deal for both rooms.
