Drea's room

I have 2 service dogs, the room is completely empty and ready to move into. the house is located about 8 minutes from Fremont street and about 12 minutes from the las vegas strip. The house is within 6 minutes of a Walmart supercenter and within walking distance of convenience stores.

I am a female. I am 31yo I am ( self-employed ) I work from home and away from the house sometimes.
I am a full-time MBA student.

I am an extremely!!! clean person, I require the house to remain very clean at all times-this means- (please clean up after yourself in the common areas and please make sure your bathroom is cleaned at least once a month) I’m a minimalist so the house is easy to maintain.

I do NOT! partake in cannabis at all. you CAN, but do NOT do so inside the house. there is a porch at your disposal.

Please read the following :) ……… No! Drugs (Nothing Illegal in or near my home) No! Cigarettes (I don’t mind smoking on the porch) No! House Parties (unless agreed upon in advance)
No! obsessive Alcohol consumption. (I do not mind at all if you drink, just please do not be consistently inebriated) :)

You will be required to pass a criminal background screening in advance.

The lease will be for 8 weeks in the beginning and then from there, we will make it month to month.

I have 2 service animals as I mentioned above and they are extremely friendly but furry too :) I am looking for a roommate in order to help assist in taking care of them whenever I leave out of town. I fly out of town pretty often and so I need someone to feed them and walk them only whenever I am gone. (the rent reflects all! bills included and you get a discount for helping with the dogs) :)

I would like to find a very friendly roommate and someone who is fun to be around I am tired of living completely alone and not having anyone to talk to or hang with.
