Excellent townhome complex located in south Aurora with easy access to downtown Denver, Denver international airport, and the Rocky Mountains. Spacious room with closet and window viewing the courtyard. $700 includes water and trash pickup. Only internet and electric are extra. There are two and a half bathrooms with the second full bath having to share the shower occasionally. House has high ceilings, hardwood floors, granite kitchen tops, and a fireplace! The complex has 2 tennis courts and 2 pools maintained by the HOA, plus we are 5 minutes from cherry creek state park! 420 friendly but NOT IN THE HOUSE / move in date says the 1st of February but could be anytime in January!

It is currently my sister and our good friend Victoria who live here. Everyone is courteous, clean, and very respectful of each others space. My sister works for an entertainment company while Victoria is a student at Aurora’s medical campus at Anschutz. I am moving back to Louisiana to continue my career.
