I am looking for someone to resign a lease. I have lived here for a few years and my previous roommate is moving out. The master bedroom is available and has its own bathroom attached. Internet and power are already set up and the kitchen and common area are furnished. located on the second floor however, there is an elevator if needed.

I am a full-time line cook at a local bar and a part-time student at Wake Tech. I am a smoker however never inside the apartment. I am clean and keep to myself and rarely if ever have people over.
