Two blocks from the beach and the Strand. Walking distance to Hermosa Pier. Safe neighborhood: I’m a 26 year old female and feel comfortable walking home from the Hermosa Pier by myself at night.

No smoking rules apply to the entire apartment complex.

About the roomies
Me: I work from home for about 2 weeks at a time and then travel for two weeks, so you’ll have the place to yourself almost half of the time. I’m pretty clean. Cook 1-2 times a week. Have friends over on occasion but never on days folks work in the morning. I’ve lived in this complex for a year and love it.
Cat: likes to be lazy but loves playing fetch with toys
