Benjamin's room

This is a great location with very cheap rent for the area. Especially given the large size of the apartment. There is a pool open during the summer and the community is very friendly. The apartment is 3 minutes from the highway.

There are 2 other roommates 1 guy and 1 girl. One 21 and the other 24. They are very friendly and will hang out in common areas or keep to themselves if that is your preference. As for me, I am moving to San Ramon for work, it is my room that is available. The lease ends at the end of February, at which point you can choose to sign another. Until then you would not have to pay the security deposit.
