($1,100 / month - available Dec 15th): This room has brand new double pane windows, insulation and walls, and has been fully repainted. It has great all day sun and a large sized walk-in closet area. Great for lovers of plants or artists. Lovely views.

Our hope to find someone that we can have good chemistry and communication with. We’ve established a cozy, comfortable living situation. We’re currently comprised of a couple who are the master tenants (he has lived here for 23 years, she has lived here for 14.) He will be 56 in February, and works from home as a graphic and web designer, loves to cook and appreciates music, comedy, art and culture. She is 49 and last worked full-time as the office manager at a local architecture firm. She is currently between jobs due to Covid. She loves reading, music, and art. (She’s kind of an old school punk rocker, but also an intellectual hippie.) The other current tenant is a guy in his early 30’s who is currently working part time at a UCB lab part time on location, and part time from home. One other bedroom is currently being remodeled by the landlord and will be available soon. We are LGBT friendly, and open minded.

We tend to be a quiet house hold, especially at night. Occasional guests are fine if you give everyone a head’s up. This isn’t a party or crash pad.
 This house is also a home to an 8 year old cat, who is a rescue we took in 7 years ago. We’d prefer not to add any additional pets to the household at this time. His name is Houdini, and while he is an escape artist, he’s a very friendly feline and very adorable!
