Sande's room

Hello! I have a spacious (18’x11’) room on the first floor with direct access to a full bathroom in a 4-bedroom, 2-story house located in northeast Escondido right off I-15. It’s situated on a quiet cul-de-sac with lots of walking paths and trees. This room includes a sliding glass door that opens to a large covered patio with outdoor seating and an outdoor fireplace, garden, and fountain– perfect for someone who enjoys stepping outside or sipping a cup of coffee while watching the birds. Back yard is against a hill so it’s a nice view.

The bathroom will be yours for the most part, I can explain when we talk.

Must be vaccinated and community conscious and okay with a sweet dog that is friendly with people, she’s not very social with other animals.

Rent includes a heated swimming pool within walking distance, use of the washer and dryer, internet, and city utilities. You will need to pitch-in for SDG&E bill (prob about $75/mo) and there is currently no house phone or cable TV service.

Shared spaces include the kitchen, storage cabinets, two refrigerators, the dining area, the living room with a fireplace, the large covered patio in the backyard, and a fun recreation space in the garage.

There is always parking available on the street, the neighbors are friendly, and there are tons of good restaurants, grocery stores, etc nearby.

I’m a single, easygoing artist and semi-retired instructor, mom of 3 grown children, grandma, lover of music, dancing, and everything outdoors. 420 friendly and love taking my dog for walks. Looking for a well/grounded easygoing adult who takes initiative to help with shared chores and has a positive friendly attitude. It’s important to me to maintain good energy in my home, create a safe space for communication, and focus on gratitude.
