Current Roommate is moving to another city. Looking for roommate for my brand-new construction home.
The house is located in south Austin in the Manchac area, right next to I-35 only 15-20 mins from downtown. This is a huge 3000 sqft house with a large living room, upstairs game and study room, and a backyard. I am looking for a tenant to rent out the room downstairs and the. The room can be furnished upon request.
Everything in this house is new. The house has two brand new TVs one is Samsung 85-inch Neo Qled and the other is 65-inch. The house also has a premier Samsung Washer and Dryer as well as a 30 cu.ft. refrigerator. The house has three brand new sofas, a dining table, and chairs.
