West Glendale Avenue

Our humble abode is a 3 bedroom 3.5 bath home located 15 mins from DT PHX and 10 mins from GCU. It is sitting in a gated community with diverse individuals in the area. The house is a 2 story home with the kitchen and living room in the bottom floor; while the bedrooms are occupied upstairs with a mini loft. The room is included with its own bath, closet, TV mount, and blackout blinds. We can also potentially lend a queen bed, desk & office chair during your stay (if asked).

There are currently 2 female individuals living in the property – myself and another roommate whom I’ve lived with for 4 years. My name is Salve and I am the home owner, and my roommate is Katy. We are very neat, respectful and organized. We also like wine nights and coffee. I also have a dog named Butters who is a cocker spaniel-chihuahua.
