Rent is 750 for an individual or 950 for couples and includes a private bath, access to shared spaces, and free laundry.

The house is a short drive from UNC and an easy commute to HWY34. We live directly across from a park and frisbee golf course. On a clear day, Longs Peak can be viewed from the house. The bathroom is your own and is directly next to the bedroom. The kitchen includes most major appliances. The front porch and back patio are available for relaxation. The washer and dryer are upstairs.

The room is available January 1st and includes a bed, desk, and dresser. The rest of the house is furnished, with additional storage available in the basement and garage.

Looking for a roommate who is willing to share chores and occasional meals or social nights (I am an avid cook and will often have extra food ready around dinner time). Would love a roommate who prioritizes health and fitness.

Currently a couple who has been living in this house since 2020/2021. He is in a new full-time position with a semi-regular schedule and I am a part-time worker/part-time student.

We have two dogs who are very friendly and mild tempered. They get along with other dogs, but we are unsure how the house would manage with three dogs.

We are generally tidy people and would like someone of similar cleanliness and lifestyle. Light drinkers, semi-social, and relatively quiet. We are a 420 friendly household.

As for hobbies we enjoy movies, gaming, hiking, adventuring, camping, riding the motorcycle, and anything having to do with plants and things that grow.
