This is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home. One bedroom is used as an office. Your room has a private on suite bathroom, the room is fully furnished. Currently a single female working in sales looking for a cool roommate - I have a cat that is scared of everything but hasn’t been allowed in the room. The kitchen is newly remodeled. I was listing the space on air bnb but would like a more consistent roommate. Internet is included and garbage, just split water and electric. My neighborhood is amazing! All the family’s arround me are the homeowners and we all know eachother. Super safe and quiet residential neighbor. I live in a cul-de-sac so there is tons of street parking available.

I am a sing female in my late 20’s - I work in sales and I’m also the homeowner. I work from home in the office sometimes or can be away all day depending on my schedule. I like to be clean and quiet, I’ve had roommates in the past and I think it’s nice to have other people arround! Hopefully I can find a cool new friend!
