Nice, quiet neighborhood. Large bedroom with plenty of sunlight and closet space

Dad and daughter ( four years old ). My daughter is here half of the time, as so, my preference is for a female roommate. Our timid cat lives here all of the time and spends most of her time napping and hiding. I’m not a big fan of talking about myself but would be happy to discuss things further in messaging. We are looking for a roommate that we are both comfortable with. We are happy to provide you with as much privacy as you would like but are also happy to get to know you and be part of our lives.
