Hello, My name is Christine and I have a room available for rent beginning of March(depending on when my roommate is moving out) in a 3bds 2 baths apartment. You would have your own bedroom and a shared bathroom. The apartment is located in the canyon creek apartments and is within proximity of multiple groceries outlets. Complex got a gym, spa and pool. Rent is $2,286 per month so about $700 without utilities. After rent, utilities would also be divided among the three roommates. There’s a $100 deposit and $50 application fee required before move in.

I’m 25, I go to OIT full time. Besides me there’s one other roommate, Vanessa, who’s 26. We usually try to keep things tidy and clean up after ourselves, so it would be nice to have someone who would do the same and be respectful of common spaces. Females candidates would be preferred.
