I am renting a spacious private room #2 with shared bathroom in my house. You would be living with me and my boyfriend. The room is available for rent beginning December 7th in the Round Lake Beach area. $1100/month with all utilities, including electricity, water, sewage/trash and WI-FI covered by us.

Looking for female renters only at the moment. The room is on the top floor, plenty of windows for bright lighting, plenty closet space. The room is approx. 145 sq ft, you will be able to style the bedroom to your liking!

Centrally located to shopping, restaurants, expressways, and Metra station. Very close to Grayslake and Gurnee.

Shared areas: Living room, dining area and kitchen are shared and fully furnished.
Laundry: In-unit washer and dryer available in the basement. Parking: Available parking in the driveway. Gym: 4min from SNAP gym, 4min from Curves gym and 8min from ESPORTA Fitness Location: Less than 10 minutes from grocery stores such as Walmart, Tony’s, Jewel, Meijer and Aldi.
