There is also ample street parking. The home is located in a gated community in one of the safest and nicest areas of Henderson, right off of Stephanie just south of the 215 fwy. There are numerous restaurants, grocery stores and shopping near by. The house is 10-15 mins. from the airport and Las Vegas Strip.

There is currently one roommate already in the house, whose a 60+ professional female, who likes her quite time and is only at the house 3-4 nights a week.
