Quiet neighbors. You will have the larger of the two bedrooms w/ own bathroom and walk in closet. Full kitchen, dining room, and living area. Check out the property’s website for a 2-bedroom layout. We will work out the utilities (e.g. water, waste, and electric) since I am an absentee occupant. I cancelled the internet service since I am never there. Close to the airport, medical facilities, and 30 minute drive to ETSU. You will sign a roommate lease with Apple Villa. There is a $55.00 application fee (Apple Villas) and there will be a background/criminal check as well as a credit check. The current rent includes water & trash disposal only. Electricity is billed separately……(approx. $40/month) Will discuss how to handle electricity expense upon agreement to rent.
