3bed/1bath in Belmont Shore with 2 private bedrooms avaliable. Coin laundry on site. Very relaxed apartment, pretty quiet. Not a party house. Weed and lgbt+ friendly. Off street parking.
No pets. Each room is single occupancy only. Couples will not be considered. Again there are no pets allowed. I’m severely allergic and cannot live with animals.
Rent is $900 a month for the large room plus utilities and a $500 deposite. Smaller room is $850 plus utilities and a $500 deposit. 700+ credit score required by owner. I am a tenant and do not make application decisions.
