Shared spaces include a partially furnished kitchen, living room, patio, screened porch, backyard, and laundry. $895 rent includes all utilities (trash, internet, electricity, water, sewer). The photos show a furnished space, but this will all be moved out for a new roommate !

Your roomate will be a young working professional female. She lives in the upstairs loft and has her own private bathroom. There is a third bedroom occasionally occupied by the homeowner.
