Hi! I’m looking for a roommate! The room is available immediately. I am looking for someone who communicates well, is very clean, respectable, responsible and honest. The rent (including water, electricity and internet) is $1,200 per month per person. I am looking for a long-term roommate for a year or more lease. You’ll have your own bedroom & bathroom. We have a spare guest room also. The house is furnished, except your bedroom and bathroom. The house is in a quiet neighborhood with parking and a garage for storage. It does have a washer and dryer for laundry. There’s also a screened in back porch with a good sized back yard. No pets allowed other than my dog.

A little about me! I am a 35 year old working professional. I work remotely from home so a quiet home life is important to me. My desk is set up in the dining room area so I’ll be there working during weekdays. I am very clean, cleaner than most and also am looking for a very clean roommate. It’s very important to me! I have a dog, but no other pets are allowed at this time. It’s important that you like dogs because my dog is very loving and will want to be your friend too! In my free time I like to take my dog on walks, kayak, go to live shows/music festivals and travel. I sometimes have visitors of whom will come stay the weekends with me. I am very communicative and expect the same from you. For example, if I leave to go out of town for a week, I’ll let you know or if my friend is coming to spend the weekend, I’ll let you know ahead of time.
