I, along with 2 other girls have lived here just shy of a year. And the house REMAINS the same as if all the renovations were finished yesterday and you were moving in today! In other words everything remains pristine as to the first day I moved in. I’m offering 1-2 rooms with 1 full bath and all the main areas of the house to rent/shared. The house is Beautifully remodeled and fully updated ranch style home located across the street from Kennesaw Mountain High School! A single straight shot down to the on ramps of 75 and 575 (If you’re not familiar with the area, it’s right off Cobb Parkway, 6 minutes to Barrett Parkway, 13 minutes to Kennesaw Mountain park, and only 3 minutes to down town Kennesaw! 3 bedroom, 2bath, Has all new plumbing and light fixtures, SUPER MODERN kitchen with quarts countertops, with crisp, clean white herringbone tile backsplash to go along with hardwood flooring all throughout the house except for the bedrooms they have brand new carpet. I pretty much already have all of the furniture and kitchen appliances but no bedroom furniture. You’re more than welcome to bring any furniture!

I am currently looking for either 1 or 2 roommates to come share a house in Kennesaw. I already am moved in and in the process of renewing! The deposit I have put is negotiable. Everything as far security deposit, whether or not bills are included, the cost of the monthly rent is as well. I just listed the maximum of what it would be if only 1 other person comes it all just depends on how the situation is. But I’m not one for waiting until the last minute to do get things done so please already have the certainty of being able to pay the amounts listed as the is negotiable. I’m far from a strict person because I understand that life seems to always happen when we make plans. I work a lot. I’m a nurse for a plastic surgeon in BuckHead so I need someone who won’t drink all the espresso hahaha…..I’m very reliable, easy going, like to keep to myself, I don’t drink or smoke, but have no problem with it!
