Only 5 minutes from the MTSU campus, this apartment complex is gated with full amenities! Gym, pool, pet park, and volleyball court are all free and open to residents. My 3 bed/3 bath apartment is kept clean and well maintained by the friendly and prompt maintenance team. Management is going through a few updates, but is very friendly and helpful in answering all questions.

It will be just me living in the apartment after this lease term as my other two roommates will be moving. So, I will be looking for two more girls to move in with me. I am very kind and respectful. I like a quiet, calm place to come home to, and the neighbors, for the most part, are the same. I do not smoke and do not allow smoking in or near the apartment. Pets are ok if they are friendly enough and not too large.
