Nice neighborhood and house is right across the street from clubhouse and pool. All utilities and internet included, private entrance into basement living area with full bath and 1 bedroom.

Here’s the catch- there is no kitchen. My previous tenants had their own appliances but I’ll install a refrigerator if you will bring a microwave of whatever you like to cook with!

I work from home so I’m almost always here. I’m easy going but have a high school aged child at home so I keep things PG13 for her. Pets are welcome!
