Beautiful furnished home, walking distance from the west lake train station. This listing is for one room with a shared bathroom. The home is all on one level! All of the common areas are furnished but the bedroom itself is not furnished, so you can bring in your own bed, dresser, etc. There is also an option for it to be furnished (just send me a message).
Big kitchen with lots of cabinet space, already comes with all standard appliances and kitchen utensils. The house also has a washer and dryer unit for use. Open concept Living room (fully furnished, including a smart TV), and dining room flows into each other with a unique entry way shape design. Access to back patio with a deck and fire pit.
Truly prime time location! For Travel Nurses: 15mins drive to Emory Midtown and Grady Memorial. Also, less than 10mins from Spelman/Morehouse/Clark (ideal for college students), Mercedes Benz Stadium, Georgia Tech Midtown, Westend Park, Beltline.
