About the room
The living room is being rented out for $950 a month. You will have access to the kitchen, internet, washer, and dryer. It’s a Shared bathroom so make sure to keep it clean. Everyone will take turns cleaning it or we can clean it ourselves for an extra charge. The only parking available would be street parking.
The apartment complex itself has a gym, large pool / Jacuzzi area with a TV to enjoy yourself. It’s close to Palomar College and CSUSM.
About the roomies
My boyfriend, Ulises, and I are the only ones staying at the apartment! I go to CSUSM for Accounting and work at Ross/99 Cent store. I’m 19 while Uli is 23. He has a full time job working as a Plumber at John Stevenson Plumbing Heating and Air in Carlsbad. On our free time we like to go out places, watch movies, game, and blaze. We’re super chill and will give you the freedom to be yourself.
