Available to move in January 01, 2023

Full sized washer and dryer and dishwasher in home. No smoking inside. (I smoke outside of property.)

Owner pays for water, sewer, garbage, and propane. Tenants pay for gas, electricity, and internet. This usually runs around $120 a month each.

Landscaping performed approximately every 3 weeks in the rainy season.

PARKING: Street parking (plenty spots available in cul de sac).

Living area is completely furnished.

Shared outside storage, gas grill, fire pit. Owner pays for propane.

PETS: No pets. Already 2 dogs on the premises. RENT: $2950 so your half is $1475. SECURITY DEPOSIT: $1000.

LEASE TERMS: Prefer longer term but open to month to month on a case-by-case basis.

Looking for a working professional. Clean with stable income. One person only.

Will require proof of income. A rent prep background check (approx. $27). An interview with the landlord and signing a lease with the landlord.
