Also, there’s a large room in the same unit for $575 INCLUDED All utilities and Wifi, and private parking will be available on August 23rd

Rent:

• $525/month
• 6, 9, and 12-month lease options
• $525 security deposit
• $150 non-refundable cleaning fee

Utilities:

• Landlord pays for water, sewer, garbage, wifi, and electric/gas
• Tenant(s) responsible for lawn care/snow removal

• Must have a steady and reliable income, co-signers accepted

Roommates:

• This is a very quiet house with young working professionals and students. Looking for other motivated young working professionals, or motivated students to maintain a clean, quiet, and respectable space. This is the opposite of a party house.
• There are house rules to keep everything clean and everyone happy.

Pets/Smoking:

• No pets will be considered.
• Absolutely no smoking or drug use of any kind
