South Drive

Hello I am student but will be graduating this December and my lease ends July 2023 so I will not need this space anymore . I am looking for someone to take up the remainder of my lease and if you like the apartment you can renew with them as well.I don’t mind paying the first month which is January. The rent is 800 but with utilities 850 I could pay utilities honestly. Let me know if your interested.

I have 2 roomates who are students they are nice and easy to live with. Eventhough I have roomates, we all have our own bedroom and bathroom so you still get your private area.
