Hello. My wife and I recently bought our house and we have a separate wing in our home. The wing has 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with its own entrance and bathroom areas (in law suite). We already rented out 1 bedroom to a couple. We are looking to rent out the other room to a responsible individual. The available bedroom is $700.

• There is no kitchen or laundry access. We do however provide a microwave and fridge.

• A background check, lease, and (refundable) security deposit are required. 6 month stay is standard but able to extend.
