Hi, I am looking for someone to take over my lease starting January 1st at Campus vue. It is walking distance to UofH and there is a shuttle that runs from campus vue to TSU as well!
It is a 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment and you will have your own room and bathroom. Please let me know as I need to move out in December.
They will professionally clean the room after I leave the apartment so the room will be fresh for you. Please let me know if you have any questions!
also all furniture is included! So in the room they will provide you a desk, a bed frame, mattress, 2 drawer chest. In the living room there is a sofa, 50 inch smart tv, coffee table, tv stand. There is also a washer and dryer in unit!
There will be no fees that you will have to cover, all it will be is a lease transfer, and if there are any extra fees I will take care of it! The lease will be from January 1st to July 31st! This is also an only female unit.
About the roomies
There is only one other roommate and she is very kind and clean. She is easy going!
