GIRLS ONLY. The property is a duplex in a safe area, it has heating and air conditioning, wood flooring as well as carpet, a big kitchen, and a fenced in yard.

I’m a 19 year old female college student and I’m only comfortable renting with another female. I’m looking for someone to split the rent with, it will be around $560 each, $850 rent plus $69 sewer and trash that the landlord charges, and water+electrical is a separate nipsco bill but it shouldn’t be that much with two people. Rent is due the first of the month. If you have pets that’s fine but I’d like to meet them first (no spiders I have a phobia). The duplex does not charge a monthly pet fee, they only charge a one time 500$ fee. I also don’t mind if you have young children, but they’d have to share a room with you as there is only two bedrooms. I’m a clean person and I’m looking for someone else who is pretty clean as well. I’m also pretty quiet but I may occasionally have friends over, and I’m looking for someone who is generally quiet as well. I don’t smoke, if you want to smoke you can but ONLY OUTSIDE. I also love to cook so that is something I will do frequently.
