Brick 3/1 home. There’s currently no pets or kids in the home. Quarterly pest control. Close to corner store. Big yard. Washer and dryer. Room is furnished with queen sized bedroom set. Also has a 50“ smart tv in bedroom. Rent includes everything. Please provide your own toiletries and laundry essentials. I don’t have a preference of gender, race, religion, or sexual orientation.

I work all the time so we’d mostly see each other in passing and going. I work 3rd shift so I’m home all day and would like for someone to be there in the night.
