Private furnished room on a quiet court. Large backyard. 1.5 baths, washer and dryer on site. Access to living room and den. 2 rooms available $900 for larger furnished room (green) $750 for smaller furnished room (blue) Smaller room has closet and “attic” closet for large amount of storage!

Utilities included as long as nothing is excessive. Maximum length stay negotiable if good tenant.

Close to Rowan University and Inspira Hospital. Close to 55 and 295. Easy access to Philly and Deleware. Close to all bridges.

No drugs, parties, smoking. We keep everything quiet and respectful. Must be clean and neat, clean up after yourself and help with tasks like trash and dishwasher.

30 year old female medical receptionist, work Monday-Friday, home on the weekends. I love to bake and decorate/renovate the house. Usually spend my nights home with cocoa and Netflix. I tend to keep to myself but don’t mind conversation or spending time with any roommates. Not a clean freak but I do like keeping a clean, organized house. Ie no dishes in sink, trash out daily or when full. Bathrooms cleaned weekly (shared cleaning expected).
