Looking for 1 roommate to share a 3 bed, 1.5 bath with. Very close to CSU campus, bus stop is a couple minutes away by foot. One room is occupied and the 3rd room is currently used as an office space to share!

Looking for someone who loves pets as I have a dog and a cat, but the unit is at capacity for pets unfortunately, so looking for someone that is not bringing pets with them. Move in date would be 8/1/23 or maybe sooner depending on when the current occupant is moving out
