Apartment includes in unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, trash/recycling removal, full kitchen, living room, and parking lot. Bedroom comes with large walk in closet and attached bathroom. This would be a lease takeover with the option to renew.

Apartment houses three residents. The roommates you would be sharing the apartment with are both students. One female and one transgender male, both early 20s. There is also one cat living in the apartment. She needs to be the only pet in the apartment.
