Room available in duplex on Mt Tabor. It is 10’ 3“ x 10’ 8“ x 8’ (high ceiling) with two windows, hardwood, a shared bathroom and the armoire serves as the closet. Welcome to our space and home, we moved in June and didn’t use this extra bedroom. Looking for a good human who is responsible and gets the vibes. 😌 The house: 3 bed, 3 bath, washer/ dryer, street parking, good wifi, and nice neighborhood. Details:

• We have a 3 y.o. Aussie mix (Ziggy) who is very sweet (especially after a treat or lil booty rub) and was accepted strictly because he is an ESA.
• I love indoor plants so #welcometothejungle, but I try to keep them from being obnoxious/ in the way.
• Our landlord has mandatory application fees and background check (There isn’t a security deposit, that is the application fees)
• The individual would be signing onto our lease which is up June 31st

My partner Braden (he/ his) is 25 and likes to mountain bike, ski, and photography. The other roommate is 23 (she/they) and likes to craft, video game, and read.
